OUR Life Updates
Okay, wow. I have a problem, because no person the face of this earth could
possibly get lost as often and as badly as I do. Some of you may recall the
worst day in my life whereupon I took the I-5 North from Seattle in search of
the I-90 and never found it--this because I was supposed to take the I-5 South.
Well this time I was in the Sea-Tac area I and I took the I-5 South in search of
Highway 18 that cuts over onto the I-90. Somehow--and I really don't know how--
I managed to miss the exit. But the sad thing is that I drove for SIXTY-FIVE
miles in the wrong direction before it dawned on me. Phil and I were having
such good consersation I guess I just spaced out. Oh yeah, and to get on the
I-5 South to begin with was an adventure in and of itself. I'm still not sure if
we passed 4 different Shell stations, 3 7-Elevens, and 2 QFC's, or if we turned
around and were going the other direction. The prices kept changing at the
Shell stations so I think they were all different.

Anyways, Shirley, Phil, Amber and I went to the westside to shopping so that's
how we ended up over there. Shirley picked up her wedding dress (and got
Starbucks), Phil dropped $100+ on clothes, Amber bought some presents for her
family, and I got my sister a present--as well as 128 free samples from Chinese
food venders with funny hats and poor memories. Despite getting lost, and
getting stroked by Shirley's younger brother Matto in NBA Live 2004 for
GameCube, Overall I'd give the day a B+.

Oh yeah, I almost forgot that I got booted from my apartment. I'll be staying
at home for the three months leading up to the wedding.... how weak is that....
Tom and Emily had to sell the restaurant because it wasn't doing so well and the
new owner Perdo decided he wanted to stay in the apartment above instead of me.
I never made up any papers with Tom and Emily (lesson learned) so basically I
got tossed like a salad. I'll probably be out of my pad by Monday :(

The day after Thanksgiving sale at Goodwill made everything be 50% off which is
cool to begin with. I found a Broncos jacket there for $2.50 and put it on
eBay. I got $30 out of it so that was sweet. I also turned over a $1.00
Diamondbacks pullover for $8.00. At the Sonics/Hawks game Shirley and I went to
($35.00 for two tickets on eBay) we were each given a lunch box with Ray Allen
and Rashard Lewis on it. I put mine on eBay and got $15 for it. It's such a
wonderful place :)

Well the quarter is finally over... thank goodness. After never having gotten
lower than a "B" in any class ever, I am just hopeful that I passed all my
classes this quarter. I stand by the fact that my engagement has nothing to do
with my recent dropoff in grades -- I just had some really lousy classes.
Shirley and I are only taking 13 credits next quarter -- I'll post classes on
the CWU part of my website as soon as grades for fall quarter come up.

I got a digital camera for $50.00 (normally $100.00) on the day after
Thanksgiving sale at Fred Meyer's so expect to photogallery updates more
frequently now.

Make sure you come to the Kittitas New Life Assembly's production of "Christmas
in Cricket Country" showing December 19th and 21st in the new building at 7:00 pm.
Shirley and I are both in it, and despite only the experience of a minor role
in a high school musical four years ago, my part is actually big. Come watch me
make a fool of myself -- I seem to be quite good at it.

Okay I seriously have to go to the bathroom so cya later.
